Throw a spring party to get rid of the winter blues.

Unwrap tail of ribbon from item - do not untie knot and do not remove ribbon completely from item!
Make certain ribbon is centered on item
Holding the item in the center, fan out one end of the item to expose the various colors of tissue layers
Gently grasp one edge of the top tissue layer, and gently pull up, fluffing the tissue as you work towards the opposite edge
Extend the ribbon from the back of the flower
Once you have all layers of the tissue fluffed on one half of the item, repeat on the remaining half
Scrunch layers lightly and distribute evenly to form the flower
