Winemakers: Adèle Germain and Simon Messager, heirs to two emblematic winegrowing families. Based in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, respectively.

Appellation: Bourgogne Blanc, 100% Chardonnay

The vineyard is called 'Ravry' in Fixin. 15 year old vines.

Winemaking:

Fermentation: 30% of the harvest is in 2nd wine barrels and 70% in stainless steel. Ageing: in barrel for 12 months in fine lees.

ABV: 13%

Dry White Wine

Vineyard: 2 sections with 2 different type of soils:

-  the bottom is generous in clay

- the top is generous in limestone
